This Summer Make Your Car Be Thief-Free

Statistics from the Help Eliminate Auto Thefts (HEAT) show that during the summer months – July and August, car theft has become rampant. The 2006 FBI Uniform Crime Report also shows such data. This is because car owners become careless during these times and they also do put down their guard.

So what do you do?
* Close your car. Even your windows should be kept close.
* Keep all valuables out of sight.
* For convertibles, close the tops. And lock them.
