The 2007 Saturn Sky Red Line would out in the market this fall. It has got a turbocharged engine that produces 260 units of horsepower. And yes, for under $28,000, you can own this one yourself. Its engine is a 2.0 liter Ecotec Turbo and it has got direct injection technology.
